No. License codes themselves have no expiration date — you can register them whenever you want. The usage period is calculated from the registration date, so you can purchase ahead of time for the next school year.

If a student marks a diary as private, can the teacher read it?

Private diaries: the **analyzed emotion data is still visible** to the teacher, but the **diary text itself is blurred** and not readable. This is by design — teachers can still monitor emotional change while protecting students' personal space.

Can I download students' diaries?

Yes. From [Member status], select students and click [Export] in the top-right. Use this for end-of-semester wrap-ups, parent reports, or portfolio materials.

How do I delete data?

Teacher portal → [Group settings] → at the bottom of the page, the [ID and data deletion] widget lets you select members and bulk-delete. Download anything you need first, then withdraw your account from [My Page] after the group data is gone.
